Payment Plans & Option Packages

*Any payments made prior to submission of cancellation requests will NOT be refunded or prorated when payment is received before, on, or after the payment due date for the recurring month.

*Uploading pictures to our community picture gallery is free for all members BUT picture uploads are limited to a maximum of two (2) free uploads per account. Any additional uploads must be purchased.

*Uploading a picture of yourself is free and does not count as one of your "free" uploads as it will be used on your stylist portfolio showcase page. This does not apply to those who pay per picture if you do not purchase a plan that includes a portfolio showcase page.

This option is great for those who are promoting for special occasions, upcoming events, etc. Whatever the reason, HairPortfolios is here to help. By choosing the "pay per" option, you can upload as many pictures as you like to our . However, this option does not include a stylist portfolio showcase page or a personalized . Note:This option requires a purchase of three(3) pictures per transaction to minimize the amount of transactions posted to your account.

This plan is great for those who already have a strong clientele but would like to maximize their client bookings by attracting a few more clients. You can never have enough clients. This plan offers you the opportunity to take your business "over the top" by showcasing a maximum of 5 pictures per month. This plan also includes a stylist portfolio showcase page that we create and manage for you and a personalized . By choosing this plan you'll save lots of time and money.

This plan is also great for those stylists who have a strong clientele but also have room for more new clients. By choosing this plan you are continuously promoting your business around the clock without taking time away from your schedule to go out and get those new clients. It's simple! Just upload your pictures (up to a maximum of 8 per month), to our website and let us do the rest. This plan includes a stylist portfolio showcase page that we create and manage for you and a personalized (managed by you).

This plan is excellent for those stylists who could benefit from showcasing their work to the masses without spending a lot of time and money. If you're experiencing those "slow days", then this plan is for you. In our profession, if we don't work , we don't get paid. So we need to get the word out, show our stuff and get our books full. With this plan you can showcase up to a maximum of 12 pictures per month which can definitely get the word out. This plan also includes a stylist portfolio showcase page that we create and manage for you and a personalized .

*HairPortfolios does not assume responsibilty for any pictures that are posted that are copyrighted. Members who submit such pictures will assume full responsibility for any copyright infringement.

*HairPortfolios reserves the right to cancel any account at our discretion. If such actions are taken, you will receive email notification of account closure with explanation.

*HairPortfolios adds new subscriber's stylist portfolio showcase pages daily and updates all subcriber's pages on a monthly basis. Our updating cycle begins on the 5th day of the month and ends on the 11th day of the month. Subscribers who intially sign up and who are billed at the latter part of the month, (after the 11th day of the month) assume acknowledgement that their intial month of service will not be a full month due to our updating cycle. Any uploads submitted during the updating cycle (between the 5th day of the month and the 11th day of the month) must be uploaded by the 7th day of the month to be included in the updated page for the upcoming month.

* Any changes that are to be made on your page with your uploads during the updating cycle must be submiitted to us in a detailed email describing exactly which pictures you want to keep or remove. Please use file names. If an email is not received explaining the changes you would like to have made, we will assume a "no change" status for your account and your page will remain the same for the upcoming month.

*Uploads that are purchased with the "pay per" option will be deleted every 30 days when the updating cycle begins unless they were uploaded during the latter part of the month (after the date of the last day of the last updating cycle).
